Who are we

Staff, volunteers, and the board—together, we are the driving force behind the museum. We work passionately to expand the collection and make religious art from various eras accessible to all. We also share the story of the art, the monastery, and the herb garden.

Ask the staff

Volunteers

Meet the volunteers of Museum Krona. In total, around 80 volunteers dedicate their time to the museum. They are true ambassadors whom you will encounter in various locations throughout the museum and its grounds. They play a vital role in welcoming visitors with hospitality. They serve as a point of contact for questions; serve coffee, tea, and refreshments, as well as lunch in the Refectory; give tours to individual visitors and groups; document and photograph the collection; maintain the monastery garden; and provide technical assistance wherever needed.

The museum is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers. For more information about volunteering at Museum Krona, please contact Karin de Rijk at karin@museumkrona.nl.
